Fabiola De Ford E-Commerce Policies

At Fabiola De Ford, our products are crafted with care and attention to detail, with many handmade elements. As a result, slight variations in pattern, color, size, and finishing may be expected.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at fabioladeforddesigns@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of why the product will be returned. This feedback is valuable for us as we strive to improve our products and services.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the product is unused, re-saleable, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a fault on our part, we will refund the return shipping cost. We kindly ask that you include the shipping receipt with your return package.

The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, such as Correos de Costa Rica, DHL, or FedEx.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you. If the return complies with our policy, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. Please follow the same steps as outlined in the returns section. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will send you an invoice for the difference or issue a refund as needed. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

LOCAL SHIPPING – WITHIN COSTA RICA

As a gesture of appreciation for our customers, we’re pleased to offer free local shipping within Costa Rica for a limited time. Enjoy your shopping!

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We are happy to offer international shipping through Correos de Costa Rica, which provides insurance for your orders. Most packages arrive at their destination within 1-4 weeks, but please note that delivery times may vary.

For faster delivery, we also offer shipping via DHL and FedEx. These services include tracking and typically take 3-5 business days in transit to most countries.

Important Note: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees imposed by your home country. These charges are not collected by Fabiola De Ford but are set by your government, and are due upon receipt of your package in accordance with local regulations. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

Packages are marked with the item's value, as required by international postal regulations. We will not falsify values or contents on customs forms to avoid fines, which could jeopardize our business.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned as undeliverable, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

If a package is lost, we will do our best to assist in tracking it, but we do not offer refunds for lost items.

TAXES

Customers in Costa Rica will automatically be charged the applicable sales tax. International customers are responsible for any import/customs/local tax fees incurred upon receipt of their package.
