Política de cambios y devoluciones

FABIOLA DE FORD no aceptará la cancelación de pedidos por ningún motivo.

Una vez recibida la mercancía por el Usuario, solamente en caso de que no corresponda a la mercancía materia del pedido o bien, presente algún tipo de desperfecto, el Usuario contará con 30 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de la recepción, para notificar por correo electrónico a FABIOLA DE FORD las razones de la devolución pretendida, y en su caso, anexando la evidencia que así lo corrobore.

FABIOLA DE FORD contará con igual término para notificar al Usuario y al mismo correo electrónico, la procedencia o no de dicha devolución, así como el procedimiento y término que deberá observar, en caso de ser aceptada tal devolución.

Exchange and return policy

FABIOLA DE FORD will not accept order cancellations for any reason.

Once the goods have been received by the Customer, and only in the event that they do not correspond to the goods ordered or are found to be defective in any way, the Customer shall have 30 calendar days from the day following receipt to notify FABIOLA DE FORD by email of the reasons for the intended return, attaching any supporting evidence where applicable.

FABIOLA DE FORD will have the same period to notify the Customer, via the same email address, whether or not the return is accepted, as well as the procedure and timeframe to be followed, should the return be accepted.
