5. Custom Designs and Special Orders
Custom projects include a creative process developed specifically for each client.

Production begins only after final approval and payment requirements are met.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the creative design process has been completed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, illustrations, textile patterns, scarf designs, paintings, prints, compositions, graphics, photographs, creative concepts, digital files, website content, and related artistic works created by Fabiola De Ford Art & Design are protected under Costa Rican and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The purchase of any product grants ownership of the physical item only.
No purchase transfers or assigns any copyright, trademark, design right, reproduction right, licensing right, or other intellectual property interest.
Without prior written authorization, customers may not:

7. Commercial Use Restrictions
Products purchased from Fabiola De Ford Art & Design are intended for personal use, gifting, collection, or corporate use as agreed.
No artwork, design, illustration, or customized textile may be reproduced or used for commercial manufacturing, merchandising, advertising, licensing, or resale without written permission.
Unauthorized commercial use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
8. Artist's Rights
Fabiola De Ford retains all moral and economic rights associated with her artistic creations.
The artist reserves the right to:

9. Limited Editions

Fabiola De Ford Art & Design reserves the right to determine edition sizes and discontinue products at its discretion.
10. Product Photography and Color Variations
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent colors and textures.
However, variations may occur due to:

Silk printing processes;

Natural textile characteristics;

Handmade finishing techniques.
These variations do not constitute defects.
11. Shipping
We ship within Costa Rica and internationally.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges imposed by their destination country.
12. Returns and Exchanges

Original claims for damaged items must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery.
